After several years away, Valeryd is returning to Automechanika Frankfurt – ready to meet customers and partners from across Europe and showcase the latest developments in safety, premium products and digital solutions.
Valeryd exhibited at Automechanika for many years, but following the pandemic, we chose to focus our efforts elsewhere. Since then, we have continued to develop our premium product range while making significant investments in product data, vehicle matching and digital services.
Now, the time is right to return to Frankfurt.
”We want to show how premium products, safety and digital solutions can work together to make everyday business easier for our customers. For us, it is also about contributing to higher safety standards across the industry,” says Magnus Larsson, CEO of Valeryd.
A world first in trailer safety
One of the highlights at our stand will be our TÜV-certified breakaway cable – a small but essential safety component for braked trailers.
Developed with a strong focus on safety, quality and reliability, the Valeryd breakaway cable is the world’s first TÜV-certified breakaway cable, tested and certified by TÜV SÜD.
For Valeryd, the product represents something bigger than a single innovation. It reflects our ambition to develop products where documented quality and safety make a real difference.
From Larv to Europe – On the Road Since ’58
Valeryd’s story began in 1958, when Magnus Larsson’s father and uncle started manufacturing trailers in Larv, a small village in western Sweden.
Today, Valeryd develops and supplies spare parts and accessories for trailers, caravans, horse trailers and boat trailers to customers across 25 European countries.
Our history is captured in our slogan:
On the Road Since ’58.
”It describes how we have built Valeryd – with a long-term perspective, quality and close relationships with our customers,” says Magnus Larsson.
And yes – On the Road Since ’58 even has its own song. Visitors to Frankfurt may get the chance to hear that part of the Valeryd story too.
Making the right part easier to find
The aftermarket is changing. A premium product alone is no longer enough. Customers also expect the right product to be easy to identify, available when they need it and supported by reliable product information.
That is why our work goes beyond the products themselves.
At Automechanika, we will also present Easy Search, Valeryd’s digital registration number lookup developed to make it faster and easier to identify the right spare parts for a specific trailer.
For us, the future of the aftermarket lies in the combination of premium products, reliable product data, availability and smart digital solutions.
More than products – building partnerships across Europe
Automechanika Frankfurt is one of the most important meeting places for the international automotive aftermarket, bringing together companies and decision-makers from around the world.
For Valeryd, being back is about more than exhibiting products.
”Automechanika is about long-term relationships for us. We want to strengthen existing partnerships, meet new partners and show how a Nordic company can combine premium quality with digital development and high delivery reliability,” says Magnus Larsson.
And, as always, we plan to bring something unexpected to the stand.
Magnus’ favourite trade fair strategy has long been to show a product that visitors would not necessarily expect to find at Valeryd. This year, something from our small and exclusive outdoor range will once again make the journey to Frankfurt.
